Roofing Before & After in Dallas, TX
We can tell you we do clean flashing work and straight ridge lines all day. But seeing a stripped deck in Lakewood or a hail-battered roof in Richardson turned back into a tight, sealed system? That lands differently. Before and after photos let you judge the work yourself: the tear-off, the underlayment, the finished ridge. No filter, no staging, just what the roof looked like when we got there and what it looked like when we left. Here are a few recent transformations from around Dallas.
Styles & brands we work with

Recent Transformations
Hail Damage Full Replacement in Plano
A spring hailstorm left quarter-sized dents across half the slopes and cracked three shingles at the ridge. We documented everything for the insurance adjuster, then tore off to the decking. New synthetic underlayment, new drip edge, new flashing at every penetration, and Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black. The roof now sheds water the way it should, and the homeowner has our 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing.
Leak Repair at a Chimney in East Dallas
A slow drip near the fireplace turned out to be rusted step flashing that had separated from the chimney brick. We pulled the old flashing, cut in new step flashing, and dressed it with counter flashing mortared into the brick joints. The seal is now watertight, and the leak hasn’t returned. This is the kind of repair that looks small and isn’t, especially where roof meets masonry.
Decking Replacement on a 1960s Ranch in Mesquite
When we tore off the old three-tab shingles on this Mesquite ranch, we found water-damaged decking across a 10-by-14-foot section near the valley. You don’t put new shingles over rotted wood. We replaced the bad decking with new CDX plywood, re-nailed the surrounding sheets, and only then laid underlayment and shingles. The roof is now structurally sound, not just freshly covered.
Flat Roof Membrane Over a Carport in Garland
A flat carport roof in Garland had been patched three times by a previous contractor, and every patch eventually failed at the seam. We stripped the old torch-down, inspected the deck, and installed a new TPO membrane with heat-welded seams instead of taped ones. Flat roofs fail at seams before anywhere else, so we don’t leave seams to chance. The carport has been dry through two North Texas storm seasons.
Ridge Vent and Ventilation Correction in North Dallas
A homeowner in North Dallas complained of an upstairs that wouldn’t cool below 80 in August and shingles that were curling prematurely. The attic had almost no exhaust ventilation, which cooks shingles from underneath. We cut a continuous ridge vent along the peak, balanced it with soffit intake, and the attic temperature dropped measurably. The shingle warranty now actually means something, because improper ventilation voids it.
Drip Edge and Fascia Repair After Wind Damage in Duncanville
Wind from a summer storm had torn shingle edges along the eaves and exposed the rakes on this Duncanville home, leaving bare wood at the roof line. We replaced the broken fascia board, installed new aluminum drip edge along every eave and rake, and re-shingled the damaged edges. Drip edge isn’t cosmetic. It keeps water from wicking back under the shingle and into the deck. Now the roof line drains clean and looks finished.
