Our People

Marcus D. – Lead Technician

Marcus has been on Dallas roofs for 16 years, the last 5 of them with Brennan Roofing Co. He holds GAF Master Elite certification and has installed or repaired every major brand we carry, from CertainTeed to Tamko. Marcus is the guy who walks a roof before anyone else touches it, mapping out flashing, valley, and decking conditions. He’s also the one who trains new techs on what The Garrison Standard actually means when you’re 20 feet up in August heat. Off the clock, Marcus restores old motorcycles in his garage in Mesquite. He says roofs and engines have the same rule: if it isn’t torqued right, it fails.

Sandra L. – Senior Installer

Sandra has spent 12 years in residential roofing, and she’s worked with us in Dallas for 4 of them. Her specialty is steep-slope tear-offs and the detail work most people never see: drip edge alignment, proper underlayment overlap, and clean flashing at chimneys and skylights. Sandra is Owens Corning Preferred certified and handles a lot of our vent boot and pipe collar work because she’s meticulous about it. She keeps a small notepad in her back pocket and sketches every roof section before she starts, a holdover from learning the trade from her uncle in Fort Worth. It’s unusual, but her sections consistently come back clean on inspection.

Dylan R. – Service Coordinator

Dylan is usually the first voice you hear when you call Brennan Roofing Co Dallas, because we answer with a live person around the clock. He’s been coordinating service for Dallas-area roofing companies for 7 years, and he joined our team 3 years ago. Dylan knows the city’s neighborhoods cold: he can tell you which parts of Lake Highlands caught hail in the last storm and which streets in Oak Cliff have older decking that tends to need replacement. His job is to get your written estimate scheduled and the right technician dispatched without chaos. When he’s not on the phones, Dylan coaches youth baseball at a park in Richardson and claims it’s good practice for keeping roofing schedules under control.

Jenna P. – Apprentice Technician

Jenna is the newest member of the Dallas crew, 2 years in with us and learning the trade under Marcus and Sandra. She completed her OSHA 10 training before her first day on a roof and has been working through manufacturer installation certifications since. You’ll often see her handling material staging on the ground and assisting with underlayment and flashing as she builds hours toward lead work. Jenna grew up in Garland and went to trade school after deciding a desk job wasn’t going to stick. She asks a lot of questions on the job, and Travis Oakley says that’s exactly the habit he wants in an apprentice.
